Candle

At the wake, someone said, "He was like a star. Stars burn fast and bright." That was Danny, living life at 100 mph and leaving people asking, "Who is that kid?" That was Danny. So, when you look up and catch a glimpse of a special star, know that is my brother looking back at you. Our family is deeply grateful for the support we have received during this difficult time. Please continue to pray for Danny's children, Tommy and Jackie. They were the stars in his life.

My brother, John, served with Danny in the Marine Corps. Unfortunately my brother died during active service in 1999 in a car accident. I remember Danny being very kind and supportive to me and my family after my brother's death. I hope his family are surrounded by people just like Danny, who are supportive & kind, at this very sad time. Semper Fi. Maeve Kelly, Co Meath, Ireland

Danny's children are students in our program. He was a great father and so proud of his children and the wonderful people they are becoming. He was always happy, vibrant and full of energy. He enjoyed telling us stories about his kids and his dad. Danny loved talking about being out on the boat and enjoying summer days with his family. He will be missed.

Danny was truly 1 of a kind that can never, ever be replaced. He had a personality unlike anyone else in the world and the world is slightly more dull with the loss of him. I am privileged to have known him and to have been able to call him my best friend and to be a part of his life and I will always keep him in my heart. My deepest condolences to the entire Carroll family, you are in my family's thoughts and prayers
