Madeline M. Morella, 79 of Stoneham, died Thursday April 29, at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
Born in Boston March 27, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Laura (Castanza) Morella.
Madeline was raised in East Boston and was a graduate of Fitton Central High School. She retired as the Bookkeeper from Eastern Motors of Malden.
Madeline was the beloved sister of Patricia Morella-Judge of Las Vegas, NV and the late Anthony Morella and John Morella of MD, and Rita Sharrio of Melrose. She was the sister in-law of Connie Morella of MD. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Her funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Mary's of the Annunciation Church, 9 Herbert St., Melrose on Monday May 17, at 10 a.m. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Madeline's name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.
