William J. "Bill" Leonard, Jr., 64, of Stoneham, MA died on Thursday, June 22 at his residence.

Born in Everett, MA on December 10, 1952, he was the son of the late William J. and Grace (White) Leonard.

Bill had been a resident of Stoneham for the past 54 years. He was a graduate of Stoneham High School, Class of 1970. Bill was retired from the Chesterton Company in Woburn, and was currently employed part time at Something Sweet Not Wheat in Woburn. He was a member of the Stoneham CYO Hockey League during his youth, and an avid Bruins fan. He also enjoyed his travels in Maine.

Bill was the brother of Betsy Mahon and her husband John of Londonderry, NH, and the uncle of Ryan, Carrie, Jay and Molly, and the grand uncle of Cailin, Declan, Cora and Dylan.

Funeral service will be private.
