William E. Griffin Obituary

William Edward Griffin, of Springfield, Missouri, died Sunday, August 22nd.

He was born and raised in Medford, Massachusetts, the son of the late Joseph A. and Eileen Jarvis Griffin.

He is survived by his wife, Gae (Slavens); a son Patrick J. and his wife, Erin; grandchildren, Patrick W., Quinn, and Noah Griffin of Wakefield Massachusetts; sisters, Elise Jackson, and Lauren Griffin; many cousins and friends; and faithful companion Riley.

He was pre-deceased by his brother, Patrick J. and son, David.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday, September 2nd from 4 to 7 p.m. Interment will be private and held at a later day.
